Our Services Survey: Welch Associates performs all types of land surveys for both the public and private sectors, including the commercial, industrial, and municipal markets. We use state-of-the-art equipment to provide complete and accurate final plans that are easy to work with - making our clients' jobs as easy as possible. CAD (Computer Aided Drafting): Drafting services are offered utilizing Autocad Land Desktop Development Software and all plans are plotted in color with the HP® Designjet T1100 Plotter. Plans drafted and plotted to your company standards. The majority of our projects are done for general contractors and for design professionals such as architects and engineers and for title insurance companies involved in major land transactions.
