Who We Are Welch Associates Land Surveyors, Inc. was founded in 1993. We perform all types of land surveys - boundary, construction layout, title insurance, topographic, hydrographic, land court subdivision, utility, wetland, GPS - and other survey services. We are licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Connecticut, and, hold minority certifications in two states, as well as in the city of Boston, MA. We work primarily with design professionals such as architects, engineers, construction companies and for title insurance companies involved in major land transactions. We have 2 registered land surveyors. They are supported by a talented and professional staff of 16. We stay abreast of changing industry standards and business trends by attending specialized training courses and actively participating in professional associations like our local business and local and nationwide industry organizations. |
